- Provides either a fixed fee per package or a percentage of the total shipping charges for the shipment. A flat fee for the entire shipment can be provided that will be automatically divided evenly across all packages.

- This option enables the use of multiple shipper accounts for UPS, FedEx and DHL. When using multiple accounts, NetSuite must be set up to provide a method for determining the shipper account to be used for each shipping transaction, and each shipper account must be valid within the carrier software setup.

USPS does not use either package type nor package dimensions as part of its shipping process.

- Upon scanning the order number bar-code on the picking list, OzLINK automatically selects the correct order from NetSuite to initiate the shipping process. This automation enables the operator to avoid having to scroll through all open orders in NetSuite to select the correct order for fulfillment.

- Verify the accurate packing of items fulfilled in your orders. The operator selects the order to be packed and shipped and scans the bar-code for each item in the order, which must match the NetSuite SKU/item number. Automatically validate that each item being packed matches the fulfillment record for the order, and update the NetSuite Item Fulfillment Record. Additionally, this option can be configured to capture the serial number of each item as it is packed.

OzLINK Ordering uses shipment confirmations provided by your 3rd Party to automatically fulfill sales orders in their entirety, without additional user interaction. Orders and confirmations are sent and received automatically, based on user-defined time settings (e.g., send orders at noon and receive shipment confirmations every hour). The operator may also choose to manually send or receive information at any time.

- If you regularly receive drop-ship orders or download orders from your shopping cart provider, OzLINK can automatically import the order information into NetSuite.

- Automates the entry of items into inventory, offered as an add-on module to OzLINK Shipping. From the “Receive Purchase Order” screen in NetSuite, the operator may enter a PO# or simply scan the PO. OzLINK Receiving automatically pulls up the correct order. The operator then can scan each item, via wired or wireless scanner, and OzLINK Receiving will validate that the item is correctly contained within the purchase order, and add the item to inventory in NetSuite.

- Generates bar-coded labels for inventory and assembly items, offered as an add-on module to OzLINK Shipping. The operator enters the quantity of labels needed and OzLINK Receiving will generate a label that contains the item number in both bar-code and human-readable format. If the item has a preferred location or bin, the label will also list that information. Labels (minimum of 2” x 4”) are printed on Eltron\Zebra printers.
